1. Ship It Yourself

With this option, you are responsible for getting your iPhone or iPad device to us. We recommend using UPS or FedEx, but please note that if you choose to use USPS and your package appears damaged upon arrival, we will return it to sender.

2. Our Send-A-Label/Send-A-Box Service

In order to make shipping your iPhone or iPad even more convenient, we offer our Send-A-Label Service. With this service, we will send you a label or a box through FedEx within 24 hours on a business day for you to use when shipping your device to us. You are still responsible for packing your device safely. When your repaired device ships on our FedEx account (Send-a-label or send-a-box) it will have $600 worth of insurance. If you require more insurance please contact us to purchase additional insurance. To provide you with the best service possible, we have several label/box options for you to choose from based on your device. Send-A-Label Service Next Day - $55 (1 day guaranteed)
With this service we will send you a label through FedEx within 24 hours on business days. It is an overnight FedEx air label.


iPad Repair

Send-A-Box Service - $15
With this service we will send you a box for your iPad. It is all prepaid as the box has a return label inside. This is a very safe way to ship your iPad. The box was custom developed for your iPad to ensure that it is protected while it is in the hands of FedEx. It is also fully insured. We include all postage and all shipping materials. Typically this is the most affordable option.

With this service we will send you a label through FedEx within 24 hours on business days. It is a 2-day FedEx air label.


3. No-Ship Drop-Off For St. Louis Customers

Important Things To Remember

To provide you with the best iPhone and iPad repair service, Endless Electronics requires customers to comply with a few rules to make our service run as efficiently as possible. Most importantly, regardless of which shipping method you use, it is your responsibility to make sure your iPad or iPhone is packaged properly. Improper packaging will lead to a damaged device and insurance may not cover your device if not packaged properly.
Please note the following additional guidelines:


  1. We do not accept USPS flat rate boxes. We do not recommend USPS.
  2. If your package looks damaged or improperly packaged we will refuse the shipment.
  3. We highly recommend if you ship your device yourself to take it to a UPS or FedEx store to have it professionally packaged.
  4. If you decide to use our Send-A-Label service you must follow UPS guidelines to qualify for the insurance we will purchase.
  5. If you decide to use our Send-A-Box program you must follow the instructions for packing. When you check out be sure to input the right model number so we can send you the right box.
