Shipping Recommendations

-Tracking and appropriate insurance is highly recommended.
- We recommend UPS Pack and Ship Promise. The pros will pack up your unit and ship it out to us. If you have an issue you get to deal with the store not a corporate operator, a big plus.
- Fed Ex packing service is another good option. Fed Ex has a large laptop box that will fit PS3s well and they do a good job packing in general.
- We do not accept game consoles in USPS flat rate boxes.
- We do not recommend USPS for game consoles. In the end it usually cost as much as Fed Ex or UPS with a lack luster service. We have had several claims via USPS. Their tracking is unreliable. If you ship USPS and experience an issue well, you have been warned. Small items are ok with USPS but larger items they just don't handle well.

If you do not have access to your printer please include a hand written note with the following: - Order Number, Name, Return Mailing Address and any comments.
