Included in the diagnstoic fee:
Free Roundtrip Shipping
The diagnstoic fee covers all shipping. Before the repair we will send you a UPS label via email at no charge to you. The label will be sent from UPS.com. All you have to do is print out your label, attach it to the box and drop it at any UPS location. We will then return your iPhone to you at no cost after the repair is completed. All shipments are include insurance and tracking. The included insurance limit is $600, if your iPhone costs more to replace please purchase additional insurance. See below for more information about shipping.
Hassle Free Health Checks
With our hassle free health checks our technicians will pin point exactly what repairs your iPhone needs. Wether it is a screen replacement or broken home button or any number of issues we will be able to get your iPhone fixed. This way we can insure you get a high quality, personalized iPhone Repair. Once the diagnstoic is complete on your iPhone we will preform the necessary repairs and let you know when they are finished. Once the iPhone repair is completed we bill you for the repair. This way you don't have to pay for the repair until your iPhone is ready to return home.
Standard Cleaning Service
Each iPhone will be throughly cleaned during the diagnstoic process. We will clean out cracks and speaker holes that typically have stuck pocket lint etc. We also clean the front and back of the phone free of fingerprints, oils etc. before returning it to you. That way you get your iPhone back clean and fresh!
No Worry Shipping Box
Every repair service includes a no worry shipping box. When your repair has been completed, we will ship your system back in a specialized box to insure it arrives safely. For more details see the section below.
Same Day Repair
Our technicians will get your repair started the same day we receive it. Most iPhone repairs will be completed the same day! Some iPhones may take additional time if the problem requires extra attention. We will contact you the same day we receive your iPhone. Our goal is to get your iPhone reliably repaired as quickly as possible!
iPhone 4/4S repairs cost $79.99 and iPhone 5 cost $129.99 after the diagnstoic fee.
Inbound Shipping Options (Shipping your iPhone to us)
1. You can take care of shipping (to us) yourself.
If you select this option we will not send you a shipping label. You will be responsible for getting your iPhone to us. There is no discount if you select this option.
2. Standard "Send-a-label" Service - Free!
With this service we will send you a UPS ground label (1-4 days) to your email through UPS.com within 24 hours on business days. This is included in the diagnstoic fee at no extra charge! Simply follow the instructions in the email to print the label, then attach it to the box of your iPhone and drop it off at any UPS location. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours please contact us as there may be an issue.
3. Standard "Send-a-box" Service - $15
With this service we will send you a box for your iPhone with a UPS ground shipping label. The box will arrive in about 2-4 days. Once the box arrives just put your iPhone in the box and place the new label over the old label. Then drop it by any UPS drop location.
4. Expedited "Send-a-label" Service - 2 Day Guaranteed Shipping - $20
With this service we will send you an UPS 2nd Day Air (2 days guaranteed) shipping label via email within 24 hours. Simply follow the instructions in the email to print the label, then attach it to the box and drop it off at any UPS location. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours please contact us as there may be an issue.
5. Next Day "Send-a-label" Service - Overnight Guaranteed Shipping - $55
With this service we will send you a UPS next day air (1 day guaranteed) shipping label via email within 24 hours. Simply follow the instructions in the email to print the label, then attach it to the box and drop it off at any UPS location. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours please contact us as there may be an issue.
Outbound Shipping Options (Shipping your iPhone back to you)
1. Standard Return Shipping - Free!
With this service we will ship your iPhone back to you via UPS ground (1-4 days).
2. Expedited Return Shipping - $20
With this service we ail send your iPhone back to you via UPS 2nd day air (2 days guaranteed).
3. Next Day Return Shipping - $55
WIth this service we will send your iPhone back to you via UPS next day air (1 day guaranteed).
If you order the "send-a-box" service we will send you this box before the repair service with a UPS label inside.
If you have a broken iPhone screen we will fix it same day! We know how terrible it is to be without a phone. When you send your iPhone to Endless Electronics we do everything possible to make sure it is repaired ASAP.
Same day screen repair only applies to business days. UPS must drop off the iPhone before 11:30am central time and Endless Electronics is not responsible for missed UPS pick up and drop offs or other actions by UPS. iPhones that have other issues may take longer to be repaired.
24 Hour Diagnostics
Most iPhone repairs will be diagnosed within 24 hours. We will contact you the same day we receive your iPhone.
Our iPhone repairs are fast. When you send your iPhone to us we know that you want it fixed as soon as possible. Most iPhone repairs will be completed in 24 hours. Some issues may take longer as we want to be sure you receive a reliable and lasting iPhone repair. We do our best to repair your iPhone as quickly as possible!
