Step Two | Receive an email from our cart system.
This email will include important information about your iPad repair. Please look it over. Your order or invoice number is how we will track your case and iPad through the repair process. It will also contain our address if you choose the standard repair service.
Step Three | Inbound Shipping - Get your iPad to us.
Premium iPad Repair
1. You ship your iPad to us.
2. Standard Send-A-Label Service - Free!
3. Standard Send-A-Box Service - $15.
4. Expedited Send-A-Label Service - $20 (2 Day Guaranteed)
With our Send-a-Label services we will email you a UPS label within 24 hours for your iPad. This includes tracking and insurance. It is free when you check out for the diagnostic fee. With our Send-A-Box service we will ship you a specialized box for your iPhone with a shipping label inside. This is the safest way to ship your iPad
Standard iPad Repair
- You ship your iPad to use.
Please remember it is your responsibility to get your iPad packaged safely and follow our packing guidelines.
Step Four | We will diagnose your iPad and call/email you to finalize your repair services.
After the iPad repair is completed we will send you an invoice via email. This can be paid online or over the phone. Once you pay the invoice we will ship your iPad back to you via UPS.
