1. You can take care of shipping yourself.
With this option you are responsible for getting your PS3 to us. We highly recommend UPS or Fed Ex. Please note, if you use USPS and the package looks damage we will return it to sender.
2. Send-A-Label Service
With this service we will send you a label through UPS.com within 24 hours on business days. This way you can avoid the UPS store premiums. The price is calculated during checkout. The label will be fully insured. You are responsible for packing your PS3 safely!
Just select a UPS shipping method while checking out for the diagnostic fee to use the Send-A-Label Service.
3. Send-A-Box Service | $25
With this service we will send you a box for your PS3. It is all prepaid as the box has a return label inside. This is a very safe way to ship your PS3. The box was custom developed for your playstation to insure it is protected while it is in the hands of UPS. It is also fully insured. We include all postage and all shipping materials, typically this is the most affordable option.
To use the Send-A-Box Service just select it while you are paying the diagnostic fee.
Regardless of which shipping method you use. You have to make sure your PS3 is packaged properly. Please note the following guidelines:
1. We do not accept USPS flat rate boxes. We do not recommend USPS.
2. If your package looks damaged and it is with USPS we will refuse the shipment.
3. We highly recommend if you ship your PS3 yourself to take it to a UPS or Fed Ex store to have it professionally packaged.
4. If you decide to use our Send-A-Label service you must follow UPS guidelines to qualify for the insurance we will purchase. We recommend using a 18x18x9 box or larger packaged tightly with packing peanuts.
5. If you decide to use our Send-A-Box program you must follow the instructions for packing. When you check out be sure to select the right model number so we can send you the right box.
