Just click on the red button to get your iPhone repair started. Our secure cart system will collect your contact & shipping information, some information about your iPhone and charge you for the $30 diagnostic fee. This will get your repair started.
Our iPhone Repair is flat rate; after the $30 diagnostic fee you only pay $79.99.

After you check out for the diagnostic fee and start your iPhone repair you will receive an email from [email protected] (This is our secure cart system). Please make sure it doesn't get caught in your spam filter.
This email will include important information about your iPhone repair. Please look it over. Your order or invoice number is how we will track your case and iPhone through the repair process. It will also contain our address if you are not using our send-a-box or send-a-label service.

You have some options when it comes to shipping your iPhone:

With our Send-a-Label services we will email you a UPS label within 24 hours for your iPhone. This includes tracking and insurance. It is free when you check out for the diagnstoic fee. With our Send-A-Box service we will ship you out a box for your iPhone with a shipping label inside.

Please remember it is your responsibility to get your iPhone packaged safely.

Return shipping to you is included with your diagnostic fee. Your unit will be returned via UPS with tracking and insurance.

Once your iPhone arrives it will be diagnosed. You will be called/emailed when your iPhone arrives. Once the repair is completed we send you an invoice for the remaining balance ($79.99). This way you get a personalized iPad repair and only pay for the service after it is completed and your iPhone is ready to ship out.
After the iPhone repair is completed we will send you an invoice via email. This can be paid online or over the phone. Once you pay the invoice we will ship your iPhone back to you via UPS.
