We try to keep the process as simple as possible. When you are ready to start a repair just click on the big red button to get your PS3 Repair started. Here is how the process works:

Step One | Check in your PS3 and pay for the diagnostic fee. ($30)
Just click on the big red button to get your PS3 repair started. Our secure cart system will collect your contact information, some information about your PS3 and charge you for the $30 diagnostic fee. This will get your repair started.

Step Two | Receive an email from our cart system
After you check out for the diagnostic fee and start your PS3 repair you will receive an email from [email protected] (This is our secure cart system). Please make sure it doesn't get caught in your spam filter.
This email will include important information about your PS3 repair. Please look it over. Your order or invoice number is how we will track your case and PS3 through the repair process. It will also contain our address if you are not using our send-a-box service.

Step Three | Get your PS3 to us.
You have three options when it comes to shipping your PS3: 1. Ship your PS3 yourself 2. Send-A-Label Service or 3. Send-a-Box Service (Most Convenient)

Please remember it is your responsibility to get your PS3 packaged safely. We will return to sender any PS3s that come in the USPS flat rate boxes, here is why.

Return shipping to you is included with your diagnostic fee.

Step Four | We will diagnose your PS3 and call or send you the repair recommendations.
Once your PS3 arrives it will be placed in line to be diagnosed. It is first come, first diagnosed. Our technicians will look over your PS3 and give you some recommendations. This way you get a personalized PS3 Repair and you can actually talk with the technician working on your PS3.
Once you authorize the PS3 repair services you want, we will preform those services. Nothing is done without your authorization. After the PS3 repair is completed we will send you an invoice via email. This can be paid online or over the phone. Once you pay the invoice we will ship your PS3 back to you via UPS.
