Just click on the red button to get your iPad repair started. Our secure cart system will collect your contact & shipping information, some information about your iPad and charge you for the $30 diagnostic fee. This will get your repair started. Once we finish your repair we will invoice you for the remaining balance ($99.99).
The diagnostic fee is required for all repairs. Round trip shipping is included with the diagnstoic fee. (See shipping below).

After you check out for the diagnostic fee and start your iPad repair you will receive an email from [email protected] (This is our secure cart system). Please make sure it doesn't get caught in your spam filter.
This email will include important information about your iPad repair. Please look it over. Your order or invoice number is how we will track your case and iPad through the repair process. It will also contain our address if you are not using our send-a-box or send-a-label service.

You have some options when it comes to shipping your iPad:

2. Standard Send-A-Label Service - Free!

3. Standard Send-A-Box Service - $15.

4. Expedited Send-A-Label Service - $25 (2 Day Guaranteed)

With our Send-a-Label services we will email you a UPS label within 24 hours for your iPad. This includes tracking and insurance. It is free when you check out for the diagnstoic fee. With our Send-A-Box service we will ship you out a box for your iPhone with a shipping label inside.

Please remember it is your responsibility to get your iPhone packaged safely.

Return shipping to you is included with your diagnostic fee. Your unit will be returned via UPS with tracking and insurance.

Once your iPad arrives it will be diagnosed. You will be called/emailed when your iPad arrives. Once the repair is completed we send you an invoice for the remaining balance ($99.99). This way you get a personalized iPad repair and only pay for the service after it is completed and your iPad is ready to ship out.
After the iPad repair is completed we will send you an invoice via email. This can be paid online or over the phone. Once you pay the invoice we will ship your iPad back to you via UPS.
